Viva Noche, there are several problems with your
application, even if we ignore your questionable service record (you got my respect for not
trying to conceal it though).

However, as I've said, there are some problems with your application. The most notable is
extremely short Section III. This, along with your reasons for joining the Primary Fleet
makes your application weak. Therefore, I have to deny it.

Oh, did I mention that you can't transfer your Geb to the Primary Fleet without reaching the
rank of a Colonel in the mentioned Fleet? If I didn't mention that, I do it now.

And the last thing. Due to your service record you'd have to make an examplary application
for it even to be considered. Even then I'd leave the decision to my superiors. However, until
I receive such an application from you, the answer will remain the same.
