I remember when I first earned my wings with the SCRA fighter Corps. It was a vastly different Sirius, and a very different Coalition.

Men like Rhade and Alvarez will teach and guide you, but ultimately, you are the future of the Coalition. Our survival, and our future glory belongs to each of you.

The exemplary start that you achieved today is an example to all of us of what the Coalition can accomplish, and a severe message to those that think they can break Coalition law on a whim. The people of the Coalition will not stand idle. This system, these worlds, the people, are defended.

Go on, continue to achieve distinction, and carry us on to even greater heights.
