Well. Most of the new ship fit well in FL.
look at the RH bomber... i bet that if you show that ship to a player that has never played FL before, he will never guess that this ship is not original from FL.

As for the slipstream. It looks like a strained Eagle... A high speed variant of the eagle hull. That is another ship which looks convinving.

The huegenot does not fit. Its design looks alien to FL, but if people wants it in the mod, so be it.

The marsflier looks alien too. But it is a nice ship. Adding 1 or 2 ships non-fl styled wont ruin the mod. In fact, marsflier adds some more exitement to the mod, It breaks the monotony of seeing all similar ships.

So, adding new stuff to the mod is fine as long as it doesnt unbalance the game. But having some non-conventional stuff is ok too, because it breaks the monotony of the mod, so people dont get bored of seeing all the same all the time...
