This sounds awfully like "You've killed me with the 40mm grenade launcher in CoD, hence, you must be a noob, lower valued being and a general idiot!" Some things are in the game and can be used. If you don't want something to be availiabe, remove it from the game (like some CoD/BC2 Servers do: Usage of unwanted equipment => kick). As long as it is doable, everyone has to decide for himself if he wants to use certain things or not. But as long as its possible, don't point fingers at the people who do.
Besides, being sanctioned for ramming a rock in dense asteroid fields in PvP is the day when I quit playing this game. I mean seriously, everyone who ever PvPed in this game knows that you cannot avoid hitting rocks in fields in Freelancer.
