The IAB) didn't work last time and was a source of great oorp problems. There were reasons why it vanished. Lots of. Most of them oorp and not nice.
I don't see any change in the relaunched faction that suggests improvement, so I don't see why it should succeed this time.
Furthermore especially the leader is not capable of leading a faction as he is not even capable of solving the smallest ingame problems without a barrage of oorp insults and hate. You don't believe it? PM me on skype and I will show you how questions are asked and problems are "solved" Wolf's Ghost style.

1) You don't need to have permission to create a faction. You need permission to create an official faction which this is not yet due to it being in this forum section.
2) Never hate on one person openly like that, its a jerk thing to do. Keep it to yourself.
3) I'll be helping the IAB, I got the BDM official, I'll be more forceful in assisting Wolf getting this faction official. Wolf and myself spoke on skype on the errors of the old IAB and ways we can improve them. It won't be a failure this time round.
