If me being a leader of the IAB is going to cause problems, then I'm going to have to say, tough.

I read some of your post and ignored some of it. A lot of it is grand standing trying to make yourself look good, ignoring the issues you've had here in the past and blaming others for them. All of that aside, I've a comment on the part I quoted.

The IAB doesn't belong to you, me, him, or her. It is a faction in this game. Anyone can make an IAB faction, regardless of what you say. If you being leader of the IAB is going to cause problems for the IAB, you should step back and let someone else handle it as you are putting your own ego before the faction.

Seeing as how your attitude hasn't changed and you haven't accepted that you did indeed make mistakes and you are at fault for your history on this server, I highly doubt this IAB will have any fate differently than the last IAB. I see you getting all pissy and storming out again, then the faction dying all over again.

Sometimes its better to let another lead and advise them rather than lead yourself.
