I mentioned this somewhere else, but I figured a more general announcement was appropriate. I am working on the ID's for 4.86. If you are a faction leader and you would like to give a suggested ID for your faction, please PM my forum box with the suggested text of the ID.

There is no promise that any of the suggested text will be used. But I will try to take into account the factions suggestions in writing the IDs.
