Gunboat Balance

What in god's name are people talking about with stuff like "one GB should be able to kill a capship"? Gunboats -are- capships and they need to be meat for the beast if they fight a cruiser or BS one on one.

Assuming equivalent pilots...
Two gunboats should be able to take down a cruiser.
Two cruisers should be able to take down a BS.
Three or Four gunboats should be able to take down a BS.
One gunboat should kill a VHF 99% of the time.
One gunboat should be able to kill a pair of VHF about half the time.
One gunboat should be able to kill one bomber about half the time.
One bomber should be able to kill a gunboat half the time.
One bomber should be able to kill a cruiser half the time.
Two bombers should be able to kill a BS most of the time.
VHFs should be efficient at killing bombers.
VHFs should need large swarms to defeat capships.

There, now all Igiss has to do is rebalance everything to fit:D
