[color=#FFFF00]Pilots of the rank Major or above will be granted authorisation to command a Crusier Capital Ship. Battleships will stay within the High Command only and will be used as and when required.

Now, as Major Xu is the only muppet capable of flying these Capital Ships - This presents a problem. One which I can easily solve.

Alexandra Lebedewa, Jacob Forge, Ben Warner - You have been promoted to the rank of Major and have been granted authorisation to fly our Capital force.
