This thread serves as a means for faction members to request ship access if it's not possible over Skype and allows us to keep a little better track of who has what.

Shared Ship Access Rank Requirements are as follows:

Cruisers, Destroyers and the Battleship Libertine can be made available one rank earlier at High Command's discretion or if there is an emergency that requires the ships' immediate presence.
