I can confirm that the "Welcome to Discovery RP 24/7" message does not appear when logging in.
Cash transfer testing:
/givecash to a ship on the same account (recipient character offline)
= works.
/givecash to a ship on another account (recipient character offline)
= works.
/drawcash from a ship on another account (bank ship offline)
= works.
NB: all of my transfers ever since your previous announcement that /givecash had been switched off have been successful. Also, two transfers to one of my ships from two other players (my ship was offline) also worked.
