I'€™ll share this transmission with you. It was sent to us recently. It provides ample evidence of Rheinland Naval activity around Kreuzberg Depot. As I stated in my previous transmission, I am fully aware that Kreuzberg is under Rheinlnad jurisdiction, ad I am also aware that your ships must sometimes come out there. All I ask is that if there is a problem requiring your ships to dock on our base that I be made aware of this problem so we can deal with it. I do not believe that is asking too much.

Also, I am not far from New Berlin at the moment and I would be happy to come there anytime and meet with you. Let me know what would be most acceptable to you.
