Minor -> Delta - Kappa -> Zoner Guard system -> Theta -> Eta -> Alpha.
I'm sure if the Order was interested it could work out a deal with the Omicroners or whoever per-say "owns" the ZG system to get free passage through it. Little in terms of NPCs to bother you and it's really not that long a trip.
Fighters, Bombers and Gunboats can easily take the shortcut through Omicron Iota and beyond. Bigger ships might have serious trouble with the NPC Nom patrols, but I managed to drive Gunboats through there finely with a buddy.
EDIT: A "non-shady" way to Eta is going Kappa -> Gamma -> Theta instead, but the Corsairs might object. Upside, for "raids", you can always bring some friendly Corsairs along. Gamma's populace seems to be Spartan enough to be up for a raid once in a while.
