Can IC use the rheinland colossus?

We were actually going to petition Zelot to change the IC ID to say "Can powertrade and escort powertraders."
That and a bit about ...ahem *cough* shooting Hogosha.

At any point, IC is still held as Liberty's corporation, since it was founded there.
Since we are practically ignored by Liberty itself, I don't see more than one reason to be labeled as its corporation.

But I hope that will change and I'm working step by step for it.

No, IC can't use it at all. IC cannot use Rheinland's civilian trade ships at all. As well as IC offer permission to fly Kusari's trade ships.
