It's not really about the tech. I much prefer civi ships anyway and I've no want/need for caps.

I'll just keep this as a side project for now. Freelancer ID/Mining ID seems the only way to go.

Regarding RP, the (must remain in gallia's ZOI) clause for gallic ships might be a pain.
