The school makes of itself some cases. Officers of a high rank will be one of a bottom. The school doesn't submit to anybody, except Admirals Liberty Navy. Orders of other pilots Liberty Navy will be ignored. The school is created for strengthening of force Liberty Navy.

Each new recruit will be will be checked up on ability of conducting fight and will receive the rank.
