The main post with the goal has ben updated from EoI:s main goal is to controll the independent systems. And be able to tax all traffic that passes through these systems. to EoI:s main goal is to controll and tax all unwanted traders that passes through the independent systems. The description was a bit wrong we dont want to control the whole systems just the traffic through the trade lanes.
