Cannot fulfill bounty contracts but may demand human organs to release the stolen blue messages
Can smuggle
Can only demand credits, slaves, blue messages and destroy ships if they refuse to comply
Can terrorize or attempt to terrorize any House at will except Kusari
May only Q_Q about gank squads in Rheinland and powetraders which escape
May only talk gibberish except when pirating
Cannot use any ships with more then 360 cargo hold except the Kusari explorer
Cannot morally demand anyone properly pronounce his name
Cannot pirate/harm/terrorize/kidnap/kill/eat/sell/buy any Zoners or Junkers except at self defense, Junkers are excluded in case Ka`zilth is no longer a Renegade
