Still, unlawful is a bit vague term as it is based on local law. E.g.: Council is declared to be unlawful in the Kingdom of Gallia, while other houses did not declare them as such. (Maybe Kusari did, if considering us unwanted in their space meant that.) By what do you intend to define unlawfulness?
