Most of the old MMC members are not aggressive miners, they have different RolePlay- they mine transport etc, they are not true terrorists. Any nation needs their economic power to be boosted somehow,that's why I really enjoy the Molly Movement in this form- you can do a lot of things. In general try to make them more aggressive :lol:
I dont know about the case today but if you see CSV with molly papers then someone is setting his character ship and you can count that he is civilian. Setting the ship is OORP anyway- in such case ignore or consider the said ship as civilian vessel.
