The first Outcast to kill an =MR will receive a Nomad Derelict Artifcat

'My allegiance lies with Malta and the spirits. I've been here long enough and threw enough battles that people know not to question my loyality.

Anyway to the point what is an Outcast to do with an artifact belonging to the spirits? Am I the only one that thinks this reward is a little odd?
I know if I came in possession of such an object my first line of duty would be to return to the spirits A.S.A.P.
I hope that Maximus shall see the light and return that object rather than offer it as a reward.
Brand should know by now that this situation is not one I shall get involved in, I have more than enough enemies to deal with as it is without shooting my own people. I leave it to the politicians to sort out this mess, hopefully with a less violent outcome than we're all used to,'
