It's not powergaming if you have the divine right of the development team. What about Kusari curbstomping Bretonia? Are all houses supposed to be balanced? Equal strength? Gain a mile, then lose it? Are you happy with border disputes and trench warfare? I'm not. And if it takes some beefy French kid to pound the snot out of the other kids on the block to make this game all the more interesting, then I'm okay with it.
