Time to check the IDs, and limitations once again please Ladies and gentlemen. Pay particular notice to the
generic versions of the 'pirate', and the 'military' ones.

- Military and Pirate IDs no longer allow to use battleships and cruisers. From now on, generic IDs no
longer support anything larger than a gunboat.

From the readme for the new beta. Change them all as soon as possible please.
