Constructing new stations

There's two general types of stations. Standard ones and asteroid bases.


For the standard ones, modular design. They're built in sections, with Deep Space Engineering being the most likely culprit, and then moved into position by ships probably very similar to the Heavy Lifter, if not them.

The asteroid bases, on the other hand, are simply carved out of the rock and then sealed up.
