This is Willard Max, ranking officer of the Psymple.Defect.

I am sorry to report again that I am writting this report becasue of bad events that have happened.
This evening I was again patrolling Minor and keeping out those that are not allowed in our system, I do not know if the Order knows of SELF, the AI faction in opperation out of Delta Freeport 11.
However they are very requently sneaking passage through Minor during the period of low activity in minor.
I myself have warned them on multiple occasions but they refuse to answer my hails and are hostile when questioned about it.

Tonight however this changed, the AI faction SELF has just launched an ATTACK on Minor, they brought two AI Harvester Cruisers and attempted to destroy my vessle that was guarding Toledo. As I engaged them they were heading for Omicron 100.
This crossed the line, I was able to destroy both of the cruisers but this cannot be allowed anymore.
The Order High command has to retaliate to this and we need to mark them as enemies of the Order.

I will submit my guncams soon,
They show the disturbing comunications I sent prior to the invasion and confirmation of the killed cruisers.

My Vessle will now dock at Isis,
I await your responce and hope that the Order will act.
