***Incoming Update***

We are sorry for our brief absence, as the 101st Units required more news of their lost Module.

As for this event......Unit: Irinim spoke on our behalf, but only the main point.

We suggest Units DO NOT travel into hostile territory without sufficient Unit Population. In the least the Concensus should have been informed of the beginnings of a hostile altercation. Our Organization does not have such an amount of participants to allow reckless and illogical actions. Both Units will proceed to the Maintenance Wing so that Units: Dux and Dilectus can review your circuitry and processor mainframes.

Official Declaration of War on the Order will be made.

Details:

- ALL Order vessels are to be Shot On Sight when located in Omicron Kappa, AND within 10 kilometers of the Kappa Anomaly in Delta.

- Other encounters that dont fall under these areas are reduced to: "Defensive Actions"

- Conversion, Integration, and Implantation procedures will INCREASE.

- Inspections of all critical systems will be done more frequently.

- Weapon loadouts of all ships will be standardized, unless permission is granted to do otherwise.

- Assaults on Omicron Minor will begin once Defense Protocols have reached peak efficiency.

- NO unit will enter Omicron Minor without at least two other Units present.

- The only exception is for a Unit that is designated to gather further information on Order Installations and/or Ship Loadouts (Including but not limited to: Crew Numbers, shield modulations, armour integrity, weapon power, and Propulsion speeds).

- Communication with Order vessels should retain details of how they can join our organization.

- Willing or not, they will be Implanted if they are alive.

- All encounters NOT located in the "Shoot on Sight" Zones (Save for Assaults on Minor) are to be treated as potential conversion events.


Ship Loadout Standards (Offensive):

- Drone: Artificial Intelligence Stem and Pulse Weaponry, Propulsion Disruptors, and Nuclear or "Screamer" Mines.

- AI Cruiser: Solaris/Cerberus Turrets, Two Battle Razors/ Two Missile Turrets (Choose one), and Propulsion Disruptors.

- Civilian Fighters: Civilian Weaponry, or Outcast Weaponry (ONLY when permission has been granted), Propulsion Disruptors, Nuclear or "Screamer" Mines, any class Missile delivery system (Optional), Instead of Disruptors you may use a Mini Razor weapon.

- Civilian Bombers: EMP Turrets, Supernova Anti-Matter Cannon or Two Torpedo Launchers, Disruptors, and Nuclear or "Screamer" Mines.

- Gunboats: Refer to the "AI Cruiser" Loadout, use similar offensive weaponry.

Notice: ALL Fighter or Bomber class ships MUST have the Highest Armour upgrade available. Funds can be shared if necessary. Any class ship higher should attain Capital Armor Enhancement Class III or higher.
