Reporting a miner who disobeyed direct order to pay fine, and (presumably) bought mercenary to deal with my action against him:

Note: He did moved away from Essex, after explaining that he was under attack, if this was the case, the enemy was long gone and he was yet still sitting within the NFZ.
He also had low-quality turrets whose were unable to penetrate my shield, he only fired 3 salvos, so I did not manage to turn on my guncam in time to register him firing on me.

Proof of my order to pay standard fine for breaching Essex NFZ and his straight refusal:

He called for a mercenary/friend from STALKER group, who tried to stop me and attacked me before I could explain situation to him, leading to assumption he was allied/had a bounty contract with said trader.

Note: Opened fire almost instantly after saying "stop police", almost catching me by suprise when i was preparing comm channels to reply, thankfully with assist of Ensign Folge his threat was dealth with.

X - His ship profile, my knowledge is insufficient to recognize this vessel's class, although it was bigger and slower than most bombers, and it's armor was combarable with those of gunboats, while not showing firepower of a typical gunboat.
X - Destruction of said vessel, unfortunately his pod was tracktored by his friend and managed to get out of range of our cruise disruptors before we could stop him. Also my hull is clearly damaged, as stated by console reports.

Ensign Folge might have more guncam recordings in case those provided by me are insufficient.
