//At the end of last year a OSC Watering Hole was created, as a free-to-participate-thingie which gathered OSC characters in one place for leisure and OSC matters discussion, and a Communications Channel was also created for the purpose of publicOSC communications.

I was about to create a OSC char and send it there to ring the bell, should I instead support this official faction creation efforts please let me know. But for such a "relaxed rp" faction as OSC, I guess the watering hole will do just fine. If it becomes too succesful (wich I doubt), it can then try to become official or something.
