I would say 1 gunner per gun and 1-2 flying the ship- something like Star wars millennium falcon crew- 4-5-10 people max but 1 person could not be able to dive and shoot at the same time if the guns are not automatic, and if they are we can assume that all ships could fly with one pilot only.
