If you want that you can buy everythin you want change the server! There is a server called
-=[Discovery of Discovery]=- where you can buy what you want, you can PvP everywhere you like.

Conn in Freelancer Discovery RP 24/7 is a system to test ur legal weapons and ships with or against others.
If you buy a Phantom ship you need special RP for it.

I say we leave it like it is.

Actually, no. I've seen ships with nomad equipment there. Of course they didn't have any permission, nor they were intending to leave conn. And it was considered ok by everyone =\
Also, why would you need an RP permission for ooRP use? And if you'll leave Conn, you're free for 6.10, and probably you'll lose your ship and equipment. Current rules cover it all.

If it would be so, then DoD would be the most populated server out there. But it's not.
