Nope. Bowex is - we run all of Harris' and the MacDuff's supplies through the Edinburgh jump hole. The jump hole to Edinburgh is actually located behind Planet Harris, so, sans-Gaians, it's an extremely safe route. Technically we're supposed to do the T31GCS supplies too.

It can be assumed that the entire Tau 31 - Dundee sector of Edinburgh is heavily locked down by the BAF, seeing as they're a vital strategic access point to the front lines.
