New Lusitania

[Lusitano]

*Viriato is on the hangar of the Lusitano, in front of him lies the body of Joana, the beautifull girl from the tactical Delta team that serve as bait to the kiddnappers. It his her memorial service! Both three teams are there and Delta is making the Honor Guard, and Viriato is silence because he don't know what to say! But what lead to this begun three days ago.

After the taking of camp 2 by Delta, camp 3 and 4 were next. They weren't easy targets, they were near each other and that means that they had to be taken at the same time. Camp 3 was less dificult, it was smaller and the prisioners building was far from the the rest and close to landing platform, so the plan was simple, Alpha would enter the camp, take the guards near the building and the landing platform while the Lusitano form space would burn the rest to the ground, and then a Dromeday class ship would land and take all out to safety. Camp 4 was very diferent, it was much bigger and with more people and the building where the prisioners were was too close of the remain buildings, so the plan was that Beta would enter the camp by sea, like Alpha on camp 3, and take down the guards near the prisoners buildings and protect then, while from space the Caravela, a Fearless class ship, would target the main defences and the rabelo, a Conference class ship, would give support fire above the camp, while a convoy of combat vehicles and trucks would storm the camp, with IFVs at the front and armoured attacks vehicles behind carrying delta team that would give protection to the several trucks to extract all prisioners. All went well ... camp 3 was burning thanks to the batleship turrets of the Lusitano, while camp 4 despite of all difficulties was going well. Viriato was with Delta on camp 4. Suddendly a shot that luckly noboady is hit, immediately Viriato ordered two vehicle to move forward to cover that expose flank, but another shot is fired and hits a prisioner injuring badly, Viriato moved to the front, he took his long percision rifle that he always carried but never used .. looks to a point ... shoots one shot and and walked away ordering to continue the extraction, all were amazed but not one more shot was fired to that location. All went acording to plann and at the total nearly one thousand people was saved.

Few hours late all arrived to New Lusitania, all former prisioneres were accommodated, but some whispers started to be heard about what Viriato did that day and on camp 2. Henrique went to talk with Viriato, New Lusitania was full, too many people were there even the first ones to be saved, Viriato said that after camp 1 be taken all ere safe to go home. Ana also appears, Viriato was expecting a smile and a kiss but no, Ana ws very angry*

- Ana - I want to talk to you!!

- Viriato - What?!

Ana: What are you doing?! The soldiers are saying that you do things that they even can't do! Where did you learn how to shoot like that?!

* Viriato didn't knew what to say but Joao went to the rescue*

- Joao - Viriato i have some good news! There is a huge storm over camp 1 and all personel including the prisioners are inside the buildings. It is a good oportunity and we can strike as soon the storms ends. We can be there in less three hours and ready to strike!

- Viriato - Good! Gather the teams, give order to reload and to move! *to Ana* I have to go!

- Ana - Don't even think that you are escaping me again! *and she walks away*

- Joao - You have to tell her!

- Viriato - I know!! I know well!!
