BSG-66 is honored by your attention and your wish to include us in your diplomatic tour. I'm sure, you're aware, of our recent turmoil, and rough period we've been going through. I'm also sure, you're aware of our goal to keep Tau's and IMG safe, no matter the odds we have to face. This has drown much hostile attention to us already, as we have powerful foes. Some friendly, or even possibly allied one, is a welcomed change.
Unfortunately, our admiral's status is still unknown, so I will have to be the one conducting this meeting. If it's not inconvenient for you to discuss such matters with an officer holding only the rank of commander, BSG-66 will be ready to welcome you aboard Java station. I will personally arrange, with UKMG, and BSG personnel aboard Java, for everything you might require during your visit.
Now, as I've mentioned, we have some powerful foes. Your friendly visit to BSG, might make you a valid target. Your safety Sir, is my primary concern. I would suggest, in interest of security, for you to choose a "flexible time window", and contact me about it, directly over real-time secure channel. Some flexibility is needed, as BSG fighters are constantly on assignments, and I'd like to have at least 3 of them available, to secure area, and escort your vessel from pre-arranged entry point, to Java station.
