When the Keepers first surfaced, we were told Nomad only gear and ships. The Cerberuses are not cool.

Told by whom exactly? Like I said, some equipment awaits it's equivalent in some way or form (mines, countermeasures, possibly shields, etc), hence we borrow it at the early stages of the faction evolution. I'm afraid some people interpret what I said to their likings. There been a deal of that as I can see (like saying that we shouldn't use shields, etc). Well, not going to break what is fixed and ticking already. I'm rationalist, not purist

Now what do you think a full and pure RP equipment would mean? I'll tell you: no shields, weapons adjusted to proporional damage they dealt to ships in single player campaign (ouch), nomad torpedoes adjusted so that three can blow up station of Freeport 7 class, and of course the dreaded cloaking device on every nomad ship. That would be in full RP. But neither I, nor probably you want that. So I stay reasonable within balance and use common sense. Had I sought pure advantage over the enemy my GB would have been equipped with eight cerberuses, yet it doesn't and we have encountered a lot of people coming at us with full cerberus loadout (a lot of them were corsair gunboats by the way, think about it), ships using ridiculous mixed bags, yet I don't go on forum raving about that whenever I'm killed in a fight or just seen that almost every day I'm playing. We find our own ways to deal with it. Sorry, I will not handicap my faction so that enemies will have an advantage. Not going to happen and don't look for that.

you got a point but Skorpions are Wild GB (if i'm right) And some player of the Keeper are like the wild so they can use a few cerb but most also rely on nomad weps.

Some people just tend to separate Wild and Nomads as if they are completely different and unrelated factions. But they are not. It's Nomads and Nomads-in-disguise. Bond between Wild and Nomads is the tightest one between any other faction in terms of roleplay. Hence Scorpion Gunboat is a ship used by both due to it's remote controlling capability. I've told that before and will tell that again, I'm not making a step back on this one. There are people using ships from the arsenal of their allies all around. It's a normal practice that allies give their ships, it's what happens in the world as well.

p.s. this post is offtopic and I fully acknowledge it. I apologize for that, however, unfortunately, my faction was dragged into it and I had to reply. I suggest those posters to make a separate thread if they want to talk, although I find there is nothing more to talk about as everything has been explained several times before.
