Gunboat Balance

I like the things being talked about by the dev team.

Nerf some of the mauverability on the super quick GB's. lane hacker and BH gunship.

I personally feel that gunboats are a dual role ship. A few of them should be able to enage lone capships.

I also think they should be used as anti-fighter defense.

It seems that both of these roles will be made possible.

Fast firing, low energy weapons for working on fighters.

And slow firing, massive energy weapons for capships.

The only issue with the cerbs is they are rapid firing for such huge damage and cost little energy. As was stated there refire is going to be lowered and energy/damage upped. Perfect. Good for capship fighting and bad for fighter fighting.

All sounds good to me.
