Where these webmissions created by the player base

...

As the current administration isn't of the mind that playing on the server requires a membership there is a conflict here.

-These missions are available on central NPC stations (Malta, Manhattan, Berlin etc..)
-They are not randomly generated.
-There is no need to be a forum member in order to play the game, but in order to get the webmissions, there is.
