More New Battleships for All Factions

Civilians dun need battleships. Nor does anybody else atm.

Outcast Dreadnought (new)

So Outcast will have 3 different real BS in 4.86.
Atleast the major Factions should have the option to add more BS.

No and no. I think the new design (i am not sure about that) is more a replacement to the older one. Dunno if for Ranseur or the Sarissa. Also I do not see a reason why to add more variants of BS's. There already is a ridiculous high number of BS's, so why support that?
