You have to RP first. You can have a talk to your enemy first and maybe find a solution without aggressions. Remember: This is not a PvP server, this is a RP server. If you are not going to say anything before engaging it's even sanctionable. Exchange some words with the other person and you will see that the other is happy (or not) about your RPing.
