How to RP encounter with player of hostile faction

Before you attack someone, you have to give an rp reason you are going to do so.
For most enemies, simply being an enemy is enough.
A molly comes across a BAF, nothing more than "your a bloody bretonian tyrant!", or "Die BAF Scum!" is needed, as the simple fact of being BAF is enough for a molly to want to kill you.
For mercs, you say "You have a bounty on your head", or " Time to die, blah balh" and you can collect your bounty (although if your are hired in-game, you have to clearly state who hired you and for what to prevent abuse.)
For some others, like LN shooting Zoners or Junkers, you need a bit more, like an explanation of what law they broke and why it neccesitates the death penalty (usually if they cooperate you should give nothing more than a fine). There it might be required to have five or six lines of rp clearly explaining why you are shooting them.
