"It would seem that RepEx-Security|Gunther is ignoring me. Everytime I launch I see a "Departing Player: RepEx-Security|Gunther" could it be that I did THAT terrible on my run that he doesn't want to work with me? Gunther, if you read this, please stay flying long enough for me to pay you...
On to current business:
When I launched from the planet New Berlin I heard disturbing reports of 10+ pirates in Sigma-13 so I decided to avoid that system at all costs. Instead I met up with a trader by the name of Quetzal who was going to the Cambridge system. We travelled their safely and then bought Luxury Foods for a trip to New York. Unfortunatly along the way my ship's computer core had a processing glitch and ejected all the cargo. I lost all my cargo. I bid farewell to Quetzal and went back to Cambridge for more supplies. En route I located the string of code that caused the error and corrected the problem. For those of you who don't know I went to New Berlin University for a degree in Computer Programming. I was unable to find a job in my chosen field so I came to work for RepEx. In any case, I successfully delivered my second batch of cargo to New York and then made a run from New York to Munich with passangers. Along the way I employed the services of Hunter _Van and it was a good thing too.. In Bering we encountered 4 Corsair pilots. His BattleCruiser was able to scare them away while I jumped. The rest of the trip was uneventful.
I then checked long-range scanners and they showed that Sigma-13 was clear so I proceeded to do the Diamond->Niobium run, but on my way back I encountered a HUGE ion storm that nocked out all ship functions. I managed to limp back to New Berlin but my freighter will be down for a few days."
