Hello Ghosts.

Ghost~ tagged ships are not allowed into Omicron Systems (//this only applies to OC controlled systems). Disregard my previous transmission about them.

Here are the steps to be taken, if they have not engaged an Outcast:

- Tell them to leave, nicely.
- Then twice more, once with a warning shot. The shot may NOT hit them, please.
- If they further refuse or blabber away, destroy them.

If they have engaged an Outcast:

- Destroy them with much prejudice

If you are not in an Outcast Controlled system, PLEASE DO NOT engage. Unless they do so.
