When you re-negotiate treaties like the Curacao one, I am not sure if your player group has the jurisdiction as an an unofficial faction, to represent the OS&C as a whole.
There is no rule stating he can't. It is up to the players playing the IMG, Liberty, & Bretonian counterparts if they wish to allow it.
As I've seen no other OSC group bouncing around, I don't really think there is a problem with it. Though I'd wager a certain individual will probably be popping up with his own OSC group just because he doesn't like this one.
I'm not even sure why this is such a big ordeal. All sides were abrasive to one another in that exchange; I can see that and I am a third party. Jammi I think you need to understand that abrasive and sarcastic are subjective. What I find abrasive/sarcastic, you might not.
The abrasive part, for me, was the subtle insults and threats on the part of Bretonia.
Skullz has done nothing wrong. All he did was role play. Same as both Dab & Alvin.

That's the thing. There was no error. None. Not by Skullz as a player. I'll agree his character made some errors in her dealings with the other characters. That is called role play.
