I've had the time to look into it some more, and the WVS is mentioned in some rumors at Stuttgart. If you go here, click Rheinland, Stuttgart, Pl Stuttget, then S. Modesta - RFP, then you can read about how the WVS was originally very pro-LWB and how that got turned about. Rather an interesting thing.
