Hi Nathan,

Before taking a decision regarding the number of zoners representative, I would like to understand the consequences of such decision. Basically I am still wondering why the number of representatives of each faction seems to be important. I thought the purpose of the summit was to discuss about several matters and try to find solutions that makes a consensus to solve it. Of course the more we are to participate and the greater is the risk that the discussion become endless. However such problem can be solve with the presence of a moderator.

If the number of representative is so important, is it because we are going to vote? If so, I've got two questions:

1. Are we obligated to have one voice per representative? Can't we compute a fair number of voices own by each faction based on its population and economic activity, or other criteria, regardless the number of representatives sent at the summit? For instance, let s say each zoner representative has one voice and that each House representative has several voices. I guess it could satisfy all the participants.
   
2. What would be the legal status of such vote? I mean, if a decision is voted by a majority of representatives. Then who will force the minority that has voted against the decision to accept the result of the vote? For instance, if it is voted that iridium market price is too high, who will force Mr Orphelia the admin of Freeport 11, which is a major exporter of iridium, to reduce its price of iridium?
   

I think if we are going to vote, then the second question should be solved before the summit.
