A kind reminder

Part 1

I was standing in a tower, big glass windows on every side of it. It was overlooking a hangar, several
police vessels and a armored transport were parked in the hangar.

I could see a group of police officers talk, though the glass windows didn'€™t let and sound get through.
They seemed to be having fun. One was holding a few small stone like object in his hand, playing with
them for a moment while I could see him laugh. He rolled the stones over the floor. I figured they were
gambling about something. As the stones came to a hold on the floor, I could see their faces change.
One of the men looked quite disappointed. The others were laughing and pointing fingers, patting each
other on the shoulders.

The disappointed officer turned around and looked at a few people, man and women together. They were
sitting on the floor close to the wall of the hangar, all lined up nicely . All of them had their faces turned to
the ground.

As I looked at the scene I saw a young girl walking in, she seemed to recognize the '€˜disappointed man'€™.
With her arms open she walked almost running to the man. She hugged him tightly, she seemed happy.
The other men that gambled watched with smirks on their faces, one gestured something with his arm
while he said something. I couldn'€™t hear what though.

The look on the girls face changed immediately. She watched the '€˜disappointed man'€™ into his eyes, she
looked as if she could start crying at any given moment. The man nodded once at her, as he seemed to
look her straight in the eyes later gave the other police officer a sad nod too. Shortly afterwards he walked
off with the girl, his hand tight around her upper arm. He seemed to whisper in her ear as they walked.
They disappeared in the armored transport.

The other officer walked towards the lined up people near the wall of the hangar, each officer took one
of these people and also brought them into the transport.

I knew this scene all too well. It was where everything began to change. No more life being treated as
a '€˜queen'€™. The opposite... Looking at the scene I felt my heart cry.

'€œThink he had a choice?'€

A voice out came out of nowhere, a man was standing me standing next to me also looking down at the
scene. His hand laid resting on the window. Keeping my own eyes fixed on the transport down in the
hangar, I tried to think of a reply. I only felt anger, but couldn'€™t get it into a reply. I remained quiet.

'€œYou really think he wanted you to get hurt?'€

The men said. I knew that voice... I turned around, but before I could see the man next me properly he
disappeared in a flash. Soon everything around me disappeared into a bright white light.
