New Lusitania

[Lusitano]

*Viriato was on board the Lusitano, orbiting Gran Canaria, as also Afonso on the Caravela and Nuno on the Rabelo. Suddenly *

- Delta sniper - This is Delta, convoy are arriving!

- Virato - Good stand by! Gamma get ready!

* the convoy slowly pass by the booby trap section of the road, and enter the small bridge and as soon the first vehicle almost reach the end, a huge explosion destroys the bridge taking the first three trucks, while the fourth manage to stop but is hitted by behind by the fifth, pushing him to the destroyed bridge but luckly not enough to fall. The remain trucks stop and try to run by turning back but, all explosives are detonated and by the force of the explosions or by the rocks that began to fall, they are destroyed except the last one, that turns around*

- Delta sniper - Delta Recon the last truck is turning around!

- Delta recon on a attack vehicle - I see him! Hold on!

* a missile is fired completly destroing the truck.

- Delta sniper - By the way there is one more near the bridge!

- Delta recon - Roger!

* A second missile is fired and the truck explodes *

- Viriato - Good job now get out of there!

* Meanwhile on Thulsa mountain, the smoke and the sound of explosions far, is noticed and they prepare an Eagle to invistigate*

- Observer that is 15 km from the mountain - This is observer one. I spoted some movement on the landing dock!

- Viriato - Roger that. *to the weapons officer* Prepare to fire the mortars over the mountain! Ready?! Fire

* One first shot and follow by a second shot hitted the mountain, ans by surprise the shields are down*

- officer on the Lusitano's bridge - The shields are down!!

- Viriato - What?! Fire at will! Afonso also fire on the mountain!

- Afonso on the Caravela - Ok!

* But the shields are raise again and all hits don't pass*

- officer on the Lusitano's bridge - The shields are up and one Eagle was lauched!

- Viriato - Continue firing!

- officer on the Lusitano's bridge - Two more ships are been deploy!

- Viriato - Cease fire! When those ships leave the plattform shoot to the ground outside the shield area.

- Afonso - What?!

- Viriato - Just do it!

* The two Eagles are getting ready and took off but when they were passing the shield, the mortars from the Lusitano and the light mortar from the Caravela hitted the ground, and if the first Eagle passed the second was hitted by the wall of dirt and crush in to the ground exploding!

- Afonso - Nice one! But there is two Eagles on the air.

- Observer - Sir i see now two Roc bombers getting ready!

- Viriato - Very well. Activate the explosives.

- Observer - Yes sir!

* The explosives are detonate, the explosion is not enough to damage the plattform but it damage the bombers making then fall, while one the damages are small, the second was been refueled and a fule leak occurred and followed by an explosion that destroys the bomber and damages the other one and kills most of the people that were on the plattform!

- Viriato - Good! Continue to fire. Afonso and Nuno we have two bandits that soon will be here. Prepare to defend!

* Few time later the two Eagle undock by the docking ring and go straight to the Lusitano group. They tried to hail but no response. And as soon they enter the cruiser turrets of the Caravela range, both the caravela and the Lusitano start shooting and destroied one fighter, the second tries to escape, evading the fire from the capital turrets but didn't escaped the fire from the gunboats turrets from the Rabelo. Both pilots ejected and were captured by the Lusitano.*

- Viriato - Let's go home!
