With a Freelancer ID you really can be neutral to almost everyone, even the Gallic House I think. But like you said there is a cargo capacity restriction. If you want to stay classic and visit the non-Gallic space only then I would suggest a Zoner ID because there is no cargo capacity restriction.
Keep in mind that only the best factions on the Server get their own ID's, like the Hellfire Legion or the Reapers of Sirius. You would have to walk a long way with a different ID before you could get your own.
But all in all the introduction is not bad. Have read worse.;)
It's not about not showing hostilities, I'm afraid the IDs I get would require; A) Bribes, which normally drop rep somewhere else, or B) IIRC Some IDs rephack so it makes certain factions automatically hostile to you.
I don't know what Zoner ID requires, but I do know they are RELATIVELY neutral. And I'm aware of Freelancer ID's neutrality.
I know that it's difficult to get a personalized ID, but I have the intention of putting the time and effort behind this to make it work. However, no one even seems interested. I've narrowed it down to two things.
One, the application isn't light and easy like most apps. It requires some time and effort to fill out.
Two, anyone who applies is not guaranteed entrance.
The reason for those, is, I expect only quality RP. Anyone I recruit would be (essentially) a representative of T&N, and as such, I can't pick people willy-nilly. They have to have the drive, the motivation, the dedication to be a good RP'er. T&N's employees are the face of the company. If they did something that would negatively impact the company, one can't just go back and say 'I'm sorry'. There are consequences to be considered for every action.

Anyways, thanks for your (assumed) compliment. I do hope you pass along this thread to others who might be interested.
