Meh, a few people requested for the Sigma 13 hole to be removed entirely... Never happened.

EDIT:

And if you would remove S-13 jump hole, i think there would be a horde of traders whining for prolonging their route.

But, it's abused by Smugglers, Pirates, and anything else hostile to the [RM] as a 'quick escape'. If Traders get angry, they could always just go somewhere else.
