Atlas: Goes to the CR. All existing ones become the new IMG transport (Nanga Parbat, 2200 cargo)

A 2200-cargo transport would be nearly worthless to the IMG compared to the Atlas, I think, unless it's some kind of mini-battletransport.

It certainly wouldn't be a good replacement for the Atlas, which is a nice large transport. Also, with existing Atlases losing half their cargo space, are there concerns about people getting slapped with "cheating detected" when their cargo hold is suddenly halved?
