Lying Sore Loosers, Anyone?

So anyway, I signed on last night and noticed something was missing... All my weapons and money! Heavens no! Someone promptly informed me to check the bulletin boards to see if I had been sanctioned, and sure enough, I had. :$

That would be fine... If it were for something I actually did. The post says my partner and I re-engaged a level 5 player in Alaska and revenge killed him. Erm, my partner, Avatar_[Bounty_Hunter], and I, Archon_[Bounty_Hunter] were in a Battleship and and Destroyer, respectively... By this post I am to believe a level 5 Starflier attacked us somewhere during the day... and killed us? What?!?

To make things worse, someone from a battle we had that day chimed in and said we were re-engaging in another system also? Which is really what this post is about, because I am thinking they were the same person or friends or something. There was a huge battle where we eventually got toasted and when we launched some of the attackers were waiting outside and started shooting us again. After telling them to stop several times to no avail, even in CAPS--Gosh ;-), we shot back. After we killed one, he said we re-engaged and told us he was going to tell on us. :rtfm: I am guessing he did. ;-(

Does this happen often? What's a good RP Player do in these situations? Whining to the server admins all the time seems... non-RP, and silly.
